Their hand-crafted oven sits at the heart of the restaurant and has become famous for producing some of the best pizza’s this side of Rome.

This grade II listed building on Temple Row – which is, once again, just a few steps away from our Birmingham office – is surely one of the most aesthetically pleasing pubs in the country. The venue was originally designed as a library, hence its grandiose feel, but it now offers traditional pub food under its magnificently high ceilings and classic 19^th Century décor. Better yet, the establishment even has its own adjacent theatre – it doesn’t get more British than that!

Just a stone’s throw from Birmingham New Street, this restaurant offers dishes inspired by Asian street food that is fresh and fast. They are especially renowned for their delicious bao buns, and it seems like we aren’t the only ones with an affinity for Tiger Bites Pig – it recently won the Best Newcomer Award from Deliveroo and was voted One To Watch at the Independent Birmingham Awards.
