Thank You Solihull Summer Fest!

A wonderful weekend

Over the weekend, we were delighted to be headline sponsors of this year’s Solihull Summer Fest at Tudor Grange Park. The Centrick team, as well as the lucky winners of family day passes from our valuation promotion, had a superb time supporting the local community and celebrating the immense efforts of the organising staff, talented performers and exceptional vendors at the event.

Celebrate good times, come on!

The event, co-sponsored by Hollywood Monster, saw thousands of Solihull locals and visitors from across the country come together to watch some outstanding performers. Saturday saw Shaggy take the main stage, with Sister Sledge, Boyzlife, Lemar, Duke, Shalamar and Artful Dodger presenting some incredible entertainment. For Sunday’s set, we were greeted by Billy Ocean, Kool and the Gang, Belinda Carlisle, Bad Manners, Dr and the Medics, and The Real Thing. Better yet, Trevor Nelson graced the second Soul Selection stage, leaving us spoiled for choice!

We also enjoyed a huge range of local foods at the event – from Betty’s Waffle Co. and That SmokeTruck, to Sticky Beaks and Cholula Burrito. It was a delight to see so many independent retailers present their produce to the Solihull crowds, and they’ve certainly gained customers for life from the Centrick crew!

Besides food, it was also wonderful to see Hampers for Heroes set up a stall at the Festival, promoting their important work in providing care packages for front-line staff who continue to work hard to support those still suffering from Covid-19.

Overall, it was a weekend well spent, and we cannot wait to see you all again at Solihull Summer Fest 2023!
