Residential sales specialist finds new home at Centrick 

Residential property sales specialist Alex McCormack has found a new home at Centrick in the West Midlands.

Alex has been appointed head of new homes and investments by the residential and commercial property specialists, operating from the company’s Birmingham offices.

Alex has more than 16 years’ experience in the property sector, including eight years in Dubai where he worked for Cluttons and Allsopp & Allsopp, selling apartments and villas in the world-renowned Dubai Marina and up and coming areas such as Jumeirah Park and Al Furjan.

After returning to the UK to bring up his young family, he became a senior sales negotiator at Knight Frank. He joins Centrick a from ODG Estates, in London, where he advised Middle East investors on UK property investment opportunities.

His role includes being responsible for managing sales agents, winning new business and working alongside developers, helping them with advice on pricing, advertising and bringing properties to market.
