Centrick secures Pier Management portfolio instruction

Property specialist Centrick has been appointed by Pier Management to manage its reactive portfolio which comprises over 750 residential properties across the country.

The instruction marks a significant success for Centrick’s building and estate management team as it is the first ‘reactive’ style model it has managed.

Centrick asset property manager Robert Angell said: “The property types within the Pier Management portfolio are very diverse and range from flats to maisonettes, which all require a unique set-up with a different approach to the standard operating model adapted for the typical block portfolios.

“The vast portfolio has its own dedicated property management team, which ensures all the properties are being well maintained and that an up-to-date insurance reinstatement cost assessment has been carried out.”
