Connells appoints Centrick to property valuation panel
Centrick has been appointed to provide property valuations for one of the UK’s leading valuation panel managers.
Connells Survey & Valuation has selected Centrick to join its panel of valuers providing valuations of residential properties across the Birmingham market for mainstream mortgage lending.
Katherine Nolan MRICS, director and head of valuation at Centrick’s Birmingham headquarters, said:

Centrick’s valuation team already works alongside major lenders including HSBC, Handlesbanken and Birmingham-based Greenfield Mortgages, and has a number of other panel appointments.
Residential and commercial property specialist Centrick has enjoyed a busy start to 2022, winning major building and property management instructions across the country. And, as the property market continues to flourish, its land and new homes team has been appointed to market several new developments.

Centrick’s experienced team of RICS registered valuers carry out ‘Red Book’ valuations for a range of clients including banks and other financial institutions, developers, housing associations, charities, property owners and private individuals across the West Midlands region. It also works closely with other professionals including solicitors and accountants to service their clients’ requirements.
They undertake valuations of all types of properties including residential, offices, industrial, retail and leisure, land, development sites and specialist uses such as garden centres, sports clubs, HMOs and doctors’ surgeries. They also work closely with the residential and commercial agency teams within Centrick to ensure valuations are market focused, using a number of research and comparable tools providing the latest data.
