On Wednesday 26th July, Centrick Invest proudly hosted its very first agents day, bringing together property professionals from across the West Midlands and beyond. Hosted within our newly refurbished Centrick Academy at the Exchange, the Centrick Invest team were delighted to meet individuals from across the region to present our latest property developments, discuss our Smart Investing research, and catch up with our peers.
The event focused on ‘Preparing For The Future’ with Centrick Invest and allowed local property agents, as well as international property professionals that work closely with landlords and investors, to gain valuable insights into the industry and Centrick’s exceptional range of property developments. Attendees had the unique opportunity to network with their peers, uncover the latest tenant trends with Centrick, hear the latest industry views and discuss our latest investment opportunities across the UK.
Centrick’s expat consultants, John Treacey and Siôn Bennett, flew over from Hong Kong to participate in the event and meet with agents from across the West Midlands region, with John explaining:
“It has been a joy to return to the UK, visit the exceptional range of developments Centrick Invest have to offer in-person, and network with industry peers. Our team have an exceptional range of developments available across Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester and beyond, with even more exciting opportunities in the pipeline – it was a joy to share these with agents from across the region, and we’ve already generated a substantial amount of interest!”
During Agent’s Day, the Centrick Invest team presented three of our current developments available to purchase – The Glassworks in Nottingham, Trafford Gardens in Manchester, and Cooper Gate in Longbridge, the latter of which was the highlight of the evening.
Cooper Gate, which is currently in construction in the heart of Longbridge, presents an exceptional opportunity for investors. The development, which is due to be completed in Q1 2025, offers a range of stylish one and two-bedroom apartments that are situated just 20 minutes from Birmingham New Street via train, making Cooper Gate a commuter haven. The development’s prime location, high-spec finishes and Longbridge’s exceptional local regeneration means that investors in Cooper Gate can anticipate yields of 5.5%, far in excess of the average yield of 4.75%, making this a fantastic option for new investors as well as those looking to expand their portfolio.
There were exclusive incentives available too for those that joined us for the inaugural Agent’s Day with additional fees available on selected units for any reservations made before 31st July, as well as a £1000 contribution towards legal fees.
Centrick Invest’s New Homes and Investments Director, Andy Butts, hosted the event alongside John and Siôn, and spoke about how successful the gathering was, saying:
“Agent’s Day was a fantastic opportunity for the Invest team to showcase its global presence, as well as the wealth of opportunities we have available for agents and investors alike. We are particularly excited about our exclusive Cooper Gate incentive for agents, and anticipate that the units we showcased at Agent’s Day won’t be around for long.”
