Do I need a selective licence?

If you are a landlord with a property at our Birmingham branch, you will most likely require a selective licence. However, if you are with our Solihull branch, we would recommend checking to see if your ward is affected by the scheme. A full list of borough’s can be found here. You can also check your ward is affected with Birmingham City Council.
